Army band was formed in 1984 as a result of a creative meeting three personalities Polish independent scene: Thomas Budzynski (the lead singer of the cult band ax), Robert Brylewski (guitarist Depression Brigade crisis and Israel) and philosopher Slawomir Gołaszewskiego. The music of the band since its inception there are many unusual for modern rock instruments - piano, flute, cello, violin, and ethnic instruments - the didgeridoo, bells or jugs.
