What to do? The hotel has no protection: it would build a strong case to support the urgent need of

This house, the oldest of Reugny, was built at the time when the kings of France possessed the Royal Castle. It consists of a ground wireless driveway alert floor rubble and a timber-framed floor which is accessed by stairs also made of wood (original). This is where the main problem: the wood is largely a result of the rotten water infiltration. The owner claims to have spent enough time on this house and therefore does not take care of additional restoration work he thinks too great.
I was fine to offer him my help and tell him that subsidies exist, his response was unchanged: "I ask nothing of anyone, and I will not give anything to anyone." Finally, when I explained to him that the door that closed one of the holes left by the mud was a Renaissance door, his answer was simply "so what?". This door is gone there a few weeks before I met the owner.
What to do? The hotel has no protection: it would build a strong case to support the urgent need of protection, but the time that all this is taken into account (if one admits that he be tried quite interesting), the house has already been destroyed.
At this time, a fairly large house to accommodate two tenants is under construction behind the building, just to make this investment profitable. There seems to be no hope of restored this hotel, and it will collapse by itself if the owners wireless driveway alert continue to dig the walls ...
Thus will disappear the oldest house of Reugny, built along the Ship, and comparison with the latter the presence of Francis of Alais, doctor of Francis I, who lived at the Royal Castle. State in August 2013
