Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Sells 130k in Eight Days, Boosts Wii U Sales - eXophase.com
Nintendo issued a press release announcing that Donkey Kong Country: Tropical swann doorbell Freeze had managed to sell over 130,000 units in eight days following its launch last month. These sales figures include both retail and digital copies of the Kongs’ latest adventure.
According to Nintendo, the launch of Tropical Freeze helped boost Wii U sales by a whopping 180 percent in comparison to February 2013. In addition, Nintendo attributed the launch of Bravely Default to the 3DS’ 25 percent increase in sales from last year.
